Body Shop Talk #10: Hands & Wrists

When was the last time you thought about the incredibly numerous and complex movements hands and wrists do for us day after day? What a gift opposable thumbs are! With increasing cases of different overuse injuries like tendonitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, and gamer's/texter's thumb, we thought it was time give the hands and wrists some collective love and attention. Do you have a go-to technique to relieve tension or a favorite exercise to build strength?

This event is free of charge for participants.

Let's put our hands together and:

  • Share Knowledge

  • Exchange Techniques

  • Ask Questions

  • Make Connections

For Whom:→ Movement Teachers including Yoga, Pilates, Feldenkrais, Alexander, Cantienica, Qi Gong, Functional trainers, etc. → Body Therapists including Osteopaths, Physiotherapists, Structural Integrationists, Massage Therapists, Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Healers Assistants, Naturopaths, etc.
